Integrative therapy for body, mind, and soul

Hi, I’m Onawa (she/her).

I’m a therapist specializing in healing complex trauma. I create a space for people who want to face what’s blocking them at the deepest level so they can live a full life of self-worth, connection, purpose, and aliveness.

My approach is informed by interpersonal neurobiology, attachment theory, somatic and psychodynamic modalities.

Together, we slow things down and attune to your unique capacities and rhythm, creating space for reconnection to your true self, without losing the parts of you that already work.

I have extensive training in complex trauma, serving as a Training Assistant at the Complex Trauma Training Center, alongside over 700+ hours in yoga teacher trainings, and countless meditation retreats.

Earlier experience in social work, corporate tech, military, creative, community, and government settings brings a broad and compassionate perspective and an ease of relating across a wide range of contexts.

I’m deeply honored to accompany individuals on their journey of healing, integration, and becoming.

“Virtually everything that’s ‘wrong with you’ began as a survival mechanism in childhood. Therefore, it deserves nothing but respect and compassion.”
